Join us on Saturdays at 9 am for a full session of toning, serious calorie burning, & to build the ultimate Booty! 

With the perfect combination of strength & cardio training, Booty Camp🍑 is designed to hit all muscle groups with a focus on glutes & core.

Are you down to unleash your inner bad-ass?

What’s included:

  • 45 minutes workout session
  • A refreshing Juice by our co-sponsor De Terra Juices at the end of the session

Equipment needed:

  • We focus on calisthenic, or bodyweight training, so bringing a yoga mat will suffice. 
  • However, if you’re looking for extra resistance, we recommend:
    • A pair of dumbbells
    • Resistance bands

*We currently provide resistance bands and dumbbells, but quantities are limited. And for sanitation & safety, we encourage you to bring your equipment if you have it available.
