- 45 minutes workout session

- We focus on calisthenic, or bodyweight training, so bringing a yoga mat will suffice.
- However, if you’re looking for extra resistance, we recommend:
- A pair of dumbbells
- Resistance bands
*We currently provide resistance bands and dumbbells, but quantities are limited. And for sanitation & safety, we encourage you to bring your equipment if you have it available.
