With personalized training, I work directly with you, either in-person or online, and design a fitness program specifically for your health and fitness goals.

With a combination of strength training and high-intensity exercises, This package includes 10 workout sessions with minimal to no equipment, basic gym equipment, and exercise modifications depending on fitness level. You’ll be able to burn fat, build muscle, and get a complete workout in 45 minutes or less.

This Package Includes

    • 10 personalized workout sessions of 45-minute (including warm-ups)
    • Minimal and no-equipment workout options with increased intensity as the program advances
  • For a limited time, this package includes a 1-hour Nutrition Consultation at no cost ($75 value)
