With personalized training, I work directly with you, either in-person or online, and design a fitness program specifically for your health and fitness goals.

With a combination of strength training and high-intensity exercises, This package includes 5 workout sessions with minimal to no equipment, basic gym equipment, and exercise modifications depending on fitness level. You’ll be able to burn fat, build muscle, and get a complete workout in 45 minutes or less.

This Package Includes

    • 5 personalized workout sessions of 45-minute (including warm-ups)
    • Minimal and no-equipment workout options with increased intensity as the program advances
  • For a limited time, this package includes a 1-hour Nutrition Consultation at no cost ($75 value)
