Individual, In-Person Fitness Sessions


With my personalized training sessions, I work directly with you and design a 45-minute fitness session specifically for you; Although you are able to purchase the sessions individually, I recommend committing to a minimum of 4 weeks, so I can design a fitness program specifically for your health and fitness goals.

With a combination of strength training and high-intensity exercises, This program includes workouts with minimal to no equipment, basic gym equipment, and exercise modifications depending on fitness level. You’ll be able to burn fat, build muscle, and get a complete workout in 45 minutes or less.

  • 1 Private & personalized fitness session of 45 minutes.
