1 Individual, Personalized Fitness Session


With my personalized training sessions, I work directly with you, either in-person or online, and design a 45-minute fitness session specifically for you; Although you are able to purchase the sessions individually, I recommend committing to a minimum of 10 sessions, so I can design a fitness program specifically for your health and fitness goals.

With a combination of strength training and high-intensity exercises, This session includes a workout with minimal to no equipment, basic gym equipment, and exercise modifications depending on fitness level. You’ll be able to burn fat, build muscle, and get a complete workout in 45 minutes or less.

  • 1 Private & personalized fitness session of 45 minutes.
