Personalized Fitness & Nutrition Coaching


With in-person coaching, I will take a holistic approach to Fitness and Nutrition, and work directly with you for 4 weeks. I will design a program specifically for your goals that will help you transform your body and improve your nutrition habits for long-term results.

This program includes: 

  • A personalized workout plan of 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks
  • Nutrition Guide:
    • 4 nutrition sessions – one per week
    • Introduction to nutrition basics
    • Meal ideas
    • Shopping list suggestions
    • Supplement insights.
    • Note: this is not a day-by-day meal plan. No calorie counting here – We will work on sustainable eating habits without deprivation.
  • Accountability and support directly from me every step of the way
