Personalized Fitness & Nutrition Coaching
With in-person coaching, I will take a holistic approach to Fitness and Nutrition, and work directly with you for 4 weeks. I will design a program specifically for your goals that will help you transform your body and improve your nutrition habits for long-term results.
This program includes:
- A personalized workout plan of 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks
- Nutrition Guide:
- 4 nutrition sessions – one per week
- Introduction to nutrition basics
- Meal ideas
- Shopping list suggestions
- Supplement insights.
- Note: this is not a day-by-day meal plan. No calorie counting here – We will work on sustainable eating habits without deprivation.
- Accountability and support directly from me every step of the way
